I have spent more than 25 years holding Senior Leadership positions across Technology organisations in the space of  Learning/Organisational development, Career/skills development, HR and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I)

I'm a Leadership educator and facilitator, and have supported hundreds of leaders across industry to drive Innovation through being a better leader.

I decided to take a step away from the Corporate world and focus on developing more human leadership, managing the Stress and Overwhelm that Corporate naturally brings and focusing on having a clear and calm mind.

I saw time and time again the impact that Stress had on Productivity, Engagement and Mental wellbeing including mine.

It is a silent killer and we tend to ignore the signs

because we are all so busy in the workplaces of today to perform, progress, shine at any cost!

If left to fester, the stress damage can be dangerous.

Which is why, my work now is focused on helping organisations, leaders and employees to manage the workplace Overwhelm which spills into our personal lives and our wellbeing.

My work one on one with Individuals on career and leadership coaching has pointed to Stress,, confidence issues and poor leadership.

My work with the MIT on Leadership programs has highlighted the importance of behavioural self-awareness to shift mindset which is why I lead with our brain and cognitive awareness.
