Behaviour Nudge workshop
Respond, don't react.
Helping Leaders shift behaviour, reduce stress, and enhance decision-making.
Transformed through brain-based behavioural insights.

All humans have a baseline set of expectations at work.
That includes to be respected and not to be excluded. Leaders have a huge impact on employee wellbeing through their behaviours, decisions and subtle things they do and say.
And whilst many leaders believe they are doing a good job, they may be unaware of the thoughts and triggers behind the decisions they make, especially in a faster, more diverse workplace where our unconscious thoughts get in the way and could be misconstrued as bias.
Leaders may not realise if they are unknowingly causing conflict, playing favourites and limiting the performance of their teams and themselves through their words and actions.
With such a diverse workplace, there is not a one size fits all.
Positive behaviours help leaders better motivate, empower and create effective workplace environments. This applies to teams and all of us too.
This workshop will give you an opportunity to slow down and really get to grips with the type of Leader you are.
Grow your brain based behavioural self-awareness, and leverage practical cognitive science and business strategies to help you adjust behaviour.
Walk away with a greater understanding of yourself (the bits you don’t want to own up to) and use the strategies to take action.
It's time to get honest!
Note: You don't need to be a manager or a leader to attend this workshop, it is valuable for all of us.
Behaviour Nudge workshop

Session 1: What's the Impact?
Why are we even talking about this, and what challenges are organisations facing in an ever-evolving and diverse workplace?
What sort of person am I?
How do my behaviours and actions appear to others?
What experiences, have fed into the person I am today?

Session 2: How does Neuro-Science feed the Behaviour?
I am now more conscious of those behaviours that I wish to leave behind and how they are interpreted by others.
I understand how my brain feeds what I do, say and the decisions I make. It may hijack in an effort to conserve energy and keep me safe. Don't worry, it's doing what it should!

Session 3: Challenge our behaviour and take action
I am now aware of the triggers, and thinking errors which impact my behaviour. I can find use for the proven business and brain based strategies to take action to support a safer and motivating workplace for all.
I am moving towards the professional and personal legacy I believe in.
